Dwyers offers convenient delivery terms for a seamless customer experience. For items weighing under 10kg, An Post ensures prompt delivery anywhere in the Republic of Ireland within 2-5 working days, with a potential extension during busy periods. Larger or bulkier items are delivered by a Dwyers delivery driver, taking 2-7 working days based on the delivery area. We cater to specific Eircode areas and request relevant access information for a smooth delivery process. Our sales team contacts customers upon order receipt, providing a delivery date. Non-disclosed access issues may result in delivery cancellation, with an additional charge for redelivery. Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather may cause delays. Island residents receive deliveries at the nearest port, while Dwyers ensures product quality but recommends reporting damages within 24 hours. Free recycling of old appliances, compliant with WEEE Regulations, is offered, with the stipulation that large appliances are delivered to a ground floor room, and very large items to the doorstep or garage unless otherwise arranged.
