Items under 10kg are delivered with An Post to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, usually within 2-5 working days, however, during busy periods, this may take a little longer than usual. 

Large or Bulky items are delivered by a Dwyers Delivery Driver, which usually takes 2-7 working days, depending on the area the item is being delivered to. We deliver to the following Eircode areas: All T and P Eircodes as well as V42, V35, E34, E25, E21 & E41.

You will be contacted by a member of the Dwyers Sales Team when the order is received, and they will give you a date to expect your delivery.

Delivery will not be made if non-disclosed access issues arise on delivery and the delivery charge will not be refunded.

If the contact number isn’t answered before delivery, the delivery will be cancelled and brought back to Dwyers. An additional delivery charge will apply if we redeliver.

Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, Breakdowns etc, may delay your order.

For island residents, we will deliver to the nearest port serving the island.

Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. However, items can get knocked about in transit and whilst often it is only the packaging that is damaged, the products themselves are occasionally damaged. If damage is noticed at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver. All damage needs to be reported to Dwyers within 24 hours of delivery.

We can also take away your old appliance for recycling free of charge in full compliance with the WEEE Regulations. The appliance will have to be disconnected and pulled out of position, preferably to outside the property, before our delivery driver arrives.

Our delivery driver can only carry large appliances to a ground floor room of your choice, once access is sufficient, but can't move them up or downstairs. Very large appliances like American fridge freezers and range cookers can only be delivered to your doorstep or garage, unless arranged otherwise with the driver.
